My Mini App HosterPrivacy policy

What we collect
- Account. When you sign in with Google or GitHub we store the account id, your name, email address and avatar URL. We never see your password.
- Sites. The files you upload, when you uploaded them, and their size. The scan results from our abuse checks are stored with each deployment.
- Billing. If you buy Premium, Stripe processes the payment. We store your Stripe customer id and subscription status. Card details never reach us.
- Abuse reports. The reason, any details you type, and the reporter's IP address, kept to stop repeat reports.
- Site analytics. For each page view on a hosted site we record the page, the referring site, the visitor's country and a one-way daily hash of their address and browser, kept for 90 days. The address itself is never stored and the hash changes every day, so visitors cannot be tracked over time. Site owners see totals; Premium owners also see pages, referrers and countries.
- Server logs. Cloudflare, which runs the platform, keeps standard request logs for a short period.
Cookies
The dashboard sets one session cookie so you stay signed in, and one short-lived cookie during sign-in. Both are essential and set no tracking.
Pages on the free plan carry Google AdSense. Google may set advertising cookies and use identifiers to show and measure ads. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a consent prompt first, and can change their choice at any time through it. Premium sites carry no ads and no advertising cookies.
Who else sees data
- Cloudflare hosts the platform, the database and your files.
- Google for sign-in, and for advertising on free-plan pages.
- GitHub for sign-in, if you choose it.
- Stripe for payments.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Your sites and their visitors
You are responsible for the content you publish. If your site collects information from visitors, that is between you and them, subject to our acceptable use rules, which forbid collecting passwords or payment details.
Keeping and deleting data
Deleting a site removes its files and history immediately. To delete your account and everything in it, email privacy@myminiapp.dev from the address on the account. Stripe keeps billing records as long as the law requires.
